Program Overview

This program is built for students who want more than a line on their resume. You'll work inside a real international recruitment agency, support live business operations, and develop skills you can actually use after graduation.

The internship runs a minimum of three months at 10 to 15 hours per week, fully remote. You choose a track based on where you want to grow: Business Development or Marketing. Either way, you'll work alongside senior staff on real work, not busy work.

The internship is unpaid, but we support college credit documentation fully. Incentive commissions or bonuses are available for hitting agreed goals.
