KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively seek out and cultivate solar and wind power projects, including identifying suitable rooftop locations such as factories in industrial zones, and securing investment partners.

• Develop comprehensive market and project development plans, engaging with potential partners and investors to drive project growth.

• Conduct surveys and gather market intelligence to assess rooftop suitability and project feasibility, providing detailed analysis reports.

• Collaborate with the Managing Director to establish work plans and development strategies for each project stage.

• Provide strategic advice to the Board of Directors on policy, strategy, and project development.

• Identify and pursue opportunities for new projects, including researching competitors and advising on procurement strategies.

• Develop and execute project development plans, ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Research the material market and solar device suppliers, proposing optimal long-term cooperation plans based on price and aftersales support.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience, with a strong understanding of the B2B sales landscape or the electricity and renewable energy industry.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in developing project proposals and leading business development efforts.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities.

• Advanced skills in time management and task prioritization.

• Fluency in both oral and written English.

• Experience with 110kV is a plus.
