We're looking for a candidate who excels at building strong relationships with key decision-makers at the highest levels of corporations. You'll primarily engage with Directors, VPs, and C-level executives in industries such as education, hospitality, healthcare, municipality, and property management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consistently build and manage a sales pipeline in your assigned territory, meeting and exceeding sales targets in our B2B sector.
  • Play a crucial part in achieving a new product target revenue of $1.2 million.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies by collaborating closely with our marketing and finance teams.
  • Forecast revenue accurately and maintain detailed records of sales and client interactions in our CRM database.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of successful sales experience in values-based products or services, preferably in specific market segments.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but equivalent education/experience considered.
  • Experience selling to decision-makers (Director, VP, C-Level).
  • Proven ability to quickly qualify and pursue new opportunities (hunter’s mentality).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on passive listening.
  • Strategic thinker able to devise and close win-win solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint, with a quick learning curve for new programs.
  • Experience with CRM is a plus.
  • Ability to conduct meetings in person or by phone, including proficiency with online meeting tools. Some travel required.
