The successful candidate for our Channel Manager will help us establish a distinctive position in Amazon and 3rd party marketplaces – One that sets us apart in the minds of consumers and clearly demonstrates our company’s unique attributes and key differentiators. Driving revenue generation while optimizing the various digital sales channels, our Channel Manager will know the ins and outs of our ecommerce business and will be the subject matter expert of their channels.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and expansion through online digital sales channels, including online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.

  • Develop and manage relationships with online digital sales channel partners, negotiating fees, and ensuring compliance with channel requirements.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop online marketing campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and digital sales.

  • Work with PPC Teams and Marketing teams for copy and assets,

  • Manage product feeds & SKUs on respective ecommerce platforms.

  • Monitor and analyze online digital sales performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Work with the customer service team to ensure a positive online customer experience, including addressing customer complaints and resolving issues.

  • Manage online inventory, ensuring availability and accurate tracking of product availability and delivery times.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online digital sales and e-commerce, including changes in online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.

  • Develop and manage budgets for 3rd party marketplaces and Amazon.

  • Communicate regularly with senior management about online digital sales performance and opportunities for growth.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or eCommerce.

  • 5+ years in ecommerce or online digital sales channel management.

  • Deep understanding of PPC & SEO.

  • Experience with Amazon Marketplace.

  • Experience in other 3rd party marketplaces (Wayfair, Lowes, Home Depot, Best Buy, Target, Macys, Chewie, eBay, Sam’s Club, Wal-Mart, and any additional marketplaces).

  • Strong analytical skills with a heavy emphasis on excel.

  • Comfortable communicating with senior executives.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
