OVERVIEW
The Experts Program Consultant will design processes, curriculum, and ways to identify people who are experts in their specialties, and who could make future leaders in higher level roles within a large, 30,000 employee company, including Executive Directors. They will also develop a pipeline of experts with succession planning.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create Experts Career Path
Identify Professional Specialties for critical functions in core and other Business Lines.
Collaborate with external organizations and international academies to offer development programs in accordance with the Technical Competency Framework for each specialty.
Identify professional certifications related to the approved specialties and coordinate implementation.
Design Development Plan for each specialty and ensure professional development meet the business lines demands
Design Strategic Implementation Plan for Experts within the company.
Design enrollment criteria and requirements.
EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE
University degree in Engineering or related field with 15 years of experience in Power Company.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Demonstrated experience in establishing Expert/Specialist programs in reputable organizations.
Strong Project Management skills.
Excellent Communication skills.
Good Knowledge in:
Professional Technical Competency Framework development and implementation.
International best practice for professional development.
Curriculum Development.
