JOB DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Communications Manager will serve as a key member of the Marketing Team. S(he) will be responsible to develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms for existing and new test services/products; build brand presence, and ensuring customers and potential customers receive our message, resulting in the generation of sales leads. The Marketing Communications Manager will collaborate cross-functionally, specifically with the marketing, sales, clinical and R&D teams, and communicate campaign updates regularly.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Interact with physicians, employees and clients in a positive manner consistent with the mission and values of the company
  • Become subject matter expert in disease states and services
  • Develop content and messaging for collateral through clear writing and proof reading to ensure message is easily understood; (work collaboratively with design and social media team members for layouts and finalization)
  • Manage collateral packaging and launch process
  • Work with advisory/consultant team on developing educational content
  • Conduct voice of customer / market research for marketing; additionally work with R&D on new product launch VOC
  • Coordinate with sales team on feedback and activities
  • Research and assess competitive landscape and market trends
  • Track and report on competitive intelligence and metrics for all brands and target markets
  • Support with Conference/Event planning and management
  • Manage projects and third party vendors

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum undergraduate degree; Major in Marketing, Business, or Sciences
  • 3-5 years in marketing / product management
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Campaign development and management experience (offline and digital)
  • Collateral development experience
  • Excellent PowerPoint / Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with Marketing Automation software tool (Pardot or other)
  • Strategic thinking
  • Healthcare services, Med device, or pharma experience a plus
  • Lab, podiatry or dermatology experience a plus

 

BENEFITS

  • Salary: $100,000 - $110,000
