JOB DESCRIPTION

Expert in analyzing and determining causes of major fires, explosions, and ways in which they could have been prevented.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Capable to follow investigation procedures / processes that include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • How to secure the incident area & preserve evidence.
  • How to collect data.
  • How to analyze data. (Analysis narrative, events & causal factors chart, & root cases.)
  • How to draw conclusion.
  • How to identify corrective actions (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant & Time bound).
  • How to write the report.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Holding University Degree in engineering discipline.
• At least 20 years of experience in the field of incident reporting & investigation.
