Brandon Christensen, President  

Brandon has over 20 years of experience in business, with an expertise in sales, recruiting, leadership, and healthcare. Before joining the team at Adilstone Group, Brandon co-founded CY Executive Consultants, a recruiting and consulting firm for the US healthcare industry. Previously, Brandon worked for GE Healthcare as a senior ultrasound representative and ultrasound representative in their OB/GYN and radiology markets. In just under two years, Brandon more than doubled sales for the Dallas territory, turned around the Atlanta market, and twice finished as the #1 sales representative in the country.  Brandon worked on leadership projects with upper management, received numerous sales awards, and had the distinguished honor to meet Jack Welch, Former CEO of General Electric.  Brandon is Green Belt certified and graduated from Florida State University in 1996 with a bachelor degree in business management.

When Brandon is not passionately working, he loves spending time with his family, watching and playing sports, including futbol (soccer) and traveling.

Micah Carruth, Business Development

Over the last 10 years, Micah has had experience in logistics management with America's largest privately owned transportation company which is Central Transportation and has also started a consulting company called Global Connections. Micah has been involved in consulting work around the Middle East over the last 4 years. He has had contracts with American and Saudi companies. 

Outside of Business, Micah loves spending time with his two boys and wife. He also loves history and visiting museums. 

Danielle Au, Manager of US Operations 

Danielle Au has a bachelor degree from University of South Carolina with a triple major in international business, management and economics with a minor in Chinese studies. She has been with the company since January 2017 and now manages the US operations. 

She played four years of collegiate soccer at the University of South Carolina and after graduating,  she decided to pursue a professional soccer career in Sweden. She returned after two and a half years in Sweden to pursue a career at Adilstone Group. Danielle enjoys being outdoors and learning international cultures and languages. 

Patrick Green, Director of Healthcare Recruitment

Patrick has over 30 years of experience in Executive Healthcare Management and Consulting.  His experience spans from rural to urban, for-profit to not-for-profit, and community to academic healthcare systems.  Additionally, he has directed an array of areas within healthcare systems including Revenue Integrity, Managed Care, Facilities Management, Information Systems, Procurement, Capital Project Management, Ancillary Clinical Operations, Skilled Nursing, Medical Surgical Nursing, and Cardiovascular program development and operations.  Patrick has specialized in growing services and revenues in a cost effective manner and has led his teams to further the missions of all his employers and clients.  He understands that recruiting and retaining the best talent is the most important key to organizational success.  He knows what healthcare clients need, because he has lived it.  Patrick received his MBA in Management from Georgia State University.

In Patrick’s leisure time he enjoys traveling with family and friends, especially to the beach.  He also enjoys writing and blogging about leadership and personal finance, and has authored a couple books on those topics.

Joyce Figueroa, Recruiter

Joyce is a retired Air Force officer with a background in epidemiology, public affairs, industrial engineering, and intelligence. She worked with ambassadors and air attaches in countries in Central and South America, and was instrumental in managing press conferences, communications, and public liaison activities in support of the US president, White House staff, and foreign dignitaries. Joyce deployed several times to the Middle East as the theater epidemiological expert for more than 10,000 base personnel, Allied, and Coalition forces. Not only was she able to ensure disease prevention, food, and occupational safety in accordance with US national policy and security, but she was able to implement international outreach activities, establish synergy with local government officials, and strengthen critical relationships with local nationals.

Joyce has a master degree in public health with a concentration in epidemiology from Emory University, a master degree in international development policy from Sanford’s School of Public Policy at Duke University, and certificates in project management and international peace and conflict resolution.

Brittany Cook, Project Manager

Brittany has invested her talents in a variety of industries, including finance, association management and event management over the past 10 years. Due to her background in cross-departmental communication, operations, and customer service, the project manager role at Adilstone is a natural fit for Brittany. She has a bachelor degree in communications and a double minor in public relations and psychology.

When not working, Brittany has a passion for experiencing new places and people, and more importantly, enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Theresa Zeilinger, VP of Placement Services

With over 25 years of business experience, Theresa has a wealth of business expertise ranging from: sales and operation planning, management, communications, collaborative partnerships and strategic planning. She has worked for leading companies like GE Healthcare, NXC Imaging, Dow Chemical and International Paper. Twelve years ago, Theresa founded Devine Inc., and has been consulting in the medical marketplace for both large corporations and individual executive leaders. While partnering with these clients to help them surpass their financial and growth targets, her greatest joy has come from improving workplaces and helping individuals reach significance and their full potential - which has led to regional and national recognition for her clients, such as: Top Workplace, EY Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist and Minnesota Top Executive recognition.

Theresa holds a B.S. with high distinction from the University of Minnesota and an Executive MBA with honors from the University of St. Thomas. In her free time, Theresa enjoys spending time with her family and friends: traveling, photography, alpine skiing and boating.
