Responsible for coordinating activities of the office of the Director, Projects Management and performs administrative duties.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as liaison between Projects Management and other Hospital Departments at various levels to facilitate communication and action relative to Projects Management activities.
Initiates a system to conduct, maintain and update an inventory of all used, unused and planned space.
Develops, revised and updates internal policies and procedures.
Initiates, monitors and follows up all Division periodic reports.
Prepares follow up reports on incoming requests and staff assignment status.
Minutes all Hospital level committees related to design development and construction projects.
Collects, collate information and prepare reports for presentation and action of related committees.
Coordinates JCI, Hospital Safety and Quality Management aspects of Projects Management.
Represents the Division in JCI and Quality Management related Committees.
Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.
Participates in self and other's education, training and development as applicable.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering field is required.
Five (5) years of related experience with Bachelor’s Degree as an Assistant or Coordinator to a Project Manager is required.
Skilled in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Primavera and/or Microsoft Projects.
