JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for coordinating activities of the office of the Director, Projects Management and performs administrative duties.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serves as liaison between Projects Management and other Hospital Departments at various levels to facilitate communication and action relative to Projects Management activities.
  • Initiates a system to conduct, maintain and update an inventory of all used, unused and planned space.
  • Develops, revised and updates internal policies and procedures.
  • Initiates, monitors and follows up all Division periodic reports.
  • Prepares follow up reports on incoming requests and staff assignment status.
  • Minutes all Hospital level committees related to design development and construction projects.
  • Collects, collate information and prepare reports for presentation and action of related committees.
  • Coordinates JCI, Hospital Safety and Quality Management aspects of Projects Management.
  • Represents the Division in JCI and Quality Management related Committees.
  • Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.
  • Participates in self and other's education, training and development as applicable.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering field is required.
  • Five (5) years of related experience with Bachelor’s Degree as an Assistant or Coordinator to a Project Manager is required.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Primavera and/or Microsoft Projects.
