JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ensure development for all leaders Department Management and above. Create development plans for leaders on ESP Pipelines, and also oversee the curriculum of the ELDC, both for Top Talent as well as for senior leaders.

 

MAIN ROLE

  • Create IDPs for top 300 leaders (DM, ED, VP). Focus initially on the ‘Stars’ from the ESP team. IDP should focus specifically on getting the leaders ready for their next positions.
  • Provide coaching to those who are seriously being considered for future leadership positions (R1s or Stars). Especially focus on those who will need to fill those positions in the next.
  • Ensure implementation of Development Programs which will support the needs of the Top 300. (Such as Financial Acumen, Executive Presence, Crucial Conversations, Leader as Coach, Innovation etc.)

KEY INTERACTIONS

  • Leaders of Leaders – engage with the line manager of any of the leaders who are being developed.
  • CLO – interact with CLO to ensure that Leadership Development is aligned with direction of the company and the desired organizational culture.
  • Professional Career Development Division – ensure Program 10 is aligned with the rest of the Career Progression Model.
  • ELDC –  Ensure that the Leadership Development is aligned with the Targeted Talent.
  • ELDC Operations – Coordinate with them so they can do the operational implementation of Leadership Development Programs
  • Behavioral Competencies & Curriculum – Ensure they know the needs of the Top 300 so they can adjust the competencies and curriculum accordingly, in line with the company strategy and target culture.
