JOB OVERVIEW

Georgia’s largest Christ-centered foster care agency (a non-profit organization) located in metro Atlanta, is hiring a Marketing Campaign Manager.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Community Engagement, this individual will help set the direction and guide the various campaign strategies for all internal and external communications to consistently articulate, enable and fulfill the mission of the organization. The Marketing Campaign Manager will provide production and logistical support for core digital marketing functional areas, including content marketing, social media, marketing operations, tradeshow and events, and marketing communications/creative. 

The Marketing Campaign Manager will use a mix of sales, marketing, and community engagement skills to boost the organization’s public image and secure more foster family and donor interests via digital and traditional marketing, orchestrating fundraising events, organizing community engagement opportunities, and more. Campaign formats may include digital, direct mail, radio broadcast, printed materials, and all social media formats. This individual will work in collaboration with internal and external shareholders to prepare and execute campaigns, measure and report on their effectiveness. 

Key responsibilities include working with and collaborating with the Marketing Team and executive leaders on the internal/external communication strategy; assisting with organizational branding; and assisting with development of and implementing results-driven marketing and communications campaigns that align with the overall organizational goals and objectives of the organization.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage end-to-end marketing campaign procedure, from timeline management, campaign medium setup and delivery, reporting of campaign results.
  • Overseeing the launch of training course, specifically targeting identified consumers.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues that may arise throughout the process and track results.
  • Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns.
  • Devise integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining new church partners, foster families and donors.
  • Develop creative content, including graphics to be used in ongoing campaigns and social media.
  • Deliver regular reports of all marketing campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs per campaign.
  • Implement ads through social media, monitor and analyze data, manage the advertising campaign strategy and generate leads plan for all internal and external communications which align with the organization’s vision, mission and goals.
  • Assist with management and maintenance of social media (such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and etc.) – ensure that content is regularly and consistently updated and posted with new information (articles, links, stories, events, pictures, audio, video, etc.).
  • Develop and continuously optimize ad creative, ad copy and landing pages for all internal web pages.
  • Work with all aspects of Social Media advertising including but not limited to automation, ad scheduling, conversion tracking, offers, video ads, e-commerce, and bidding optimization.
  • Continually develop and manage media contacts and build strong relationships with media representatives
  • Utilize data gathering and analysis tools, including social media and website analytics, to track, measure and report on the level of engagement and results from various communications campaigns, plans and events.
  • Interact with organization foster families, clients, volunteers, staff, donors, supporters and other constituents to gather information and create, design and write appropriate stories for publication and manage video/audio production projects.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or Communication).
  • 5-6 years’ previous experience in marketing, campaign management, advertising, or Social Media Ads accounts
  • Comprehensive understanding of the funnel, paid ads, social media, and analytics.
  • Expertise communicating via phone, email, webinar, and face-to-face.
  • Ability to adapt to new situations quickly.
  • Desire to consistently exceed goals
  • Highly self-sufficient, self-directed and independent in both work and learning, with a desire to quickly digest and develop new skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Project management skills including budget, timelines, and analyze campaign success via data presentation
  • Google Analytics and Ads experience preferred

 

Physical Requirements

  • Hearing and speaking ability which allows for effective oral communication of information. Ability to physically transport self and others to various locations. Low physical and emotional stamina to effectively handle job related issues and stress; high mental effort and creativity.
