JOB DESCRIPTION

Looking for a passionate and ambitious Recruitment Sourcer to join our team in Hanoi, Vietnam. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to be a builder in a start-up environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Source and recruit candidates by using databases and social media 
• Compile candidate shortlists and reach out to viable candidates 
• Work together with the existing team on recruitment needs 
• Advertising job availability through online channels and other media 
• Communicating with candidates by phone, email, or in person 
• Reading resumes/CVs, job applications, and cover letters
• Creating a mental picture of the applicant and present to the team 
• Vetting applicants on knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics 
• Keeping up to date to ongoing recruitment trends and relevant industries 
• Interview potential candidates for positions, then provide feedback in a written template
• Collect paperwork or additional documents that may be  needed before employment

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Excellent communication skills, a strong desire to learn, and an ability to prioritize projects 
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Interview and assessment skills with the ability to screen for various qualities while recruiting for multiple functions and level roles
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
