Senior Regional Sales Director (Ref#033)

JOB DESCRIPTION

This remote position will cover a core Vertical segment that the company is successfully selling into today, either Banking, FinTech, or InsurTech. The company is a recognized leader in protecting mobile applications. The company solution is used by the world’s leading financial/fintech, healthcare/wellness, hospitality, retail and e-commerce companies to secure their mobile apps. 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage all inbound leads with efficiency and urgency (24-hour turnaround)
    • Will require an effective multi-touch cadence over a multi-week period per lead
  • Ability to sole-source Pipeline by way of creative, helpful, unique messaging/cadences
    • Will require a multi-pronged approach of cold calling, email campaigning, social media, physical/virtual events, partner activity, etc.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead to customer for the entire Vertical segment (spans large enterprise down to the startups)
    • Will require you to “fall in love” with the Vertical Segment, for its own sake, and for what the clients in each vertical are trying to accomplish with their respective business
  • Identify key target accounts, critical contacts within the accounts, and pursue an urgent effort to secure meetings and develop Pipeline
  • Ability to quickly qualify and provide an exceptional, articulate Demo on the 1 st call
  • Ability to work with other team members to move the sales cycle forward
  • Ability to “value-sell” throughout the sales cycle, project manage a POC, and overcome objections
  • Become an expert at breaking down a procurement cycle from start to finish step-by-step
  • Achieve the target Bookings value Qtr. over Qtr., Year over Year
  • Be a great co-worker that help others and takes on multiple “hats”

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Reside in the U.S. (location is flexible, ideal cities are NY, Charlotte, Columbus, Minneapolis)
  • 5+ years direct and channel SaaS/Software selling experience
  • Proven sales attainment success Qtr. over Qtr., Year over Year
  • Track record of closing both transactional business ($80-120k) along with large deals (<$300k)
  • Extensive network within the defined Core Segment (Banking, FinTech, InsurTech)
  • Ideally the extensive network is centered around IT Security, DevOps and Mobile personas
  • Exceptional management, interpersonal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment that requires urgency to exploit opportunities
  • Comfortable use of CRM systems such as Hubspot, other tools such as LinkedIn and ZoomInfo
