JOB DESCRIPTION

Medical Center is a 385 bed acute-care hospital classified as a stroke receiving center and level 2 trauma facility. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Cardiac Cath Lab is accountable for the supervision and delivery of invasive and non-invasive cardiovascular imaging services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Director develops, oversees, and evaluates the overall continuum of care for cardiology cardiovascular services programs.
The Director is responsible for the management of personnel, participation in budget planning and control, and development of process improvement programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited professional nursing program
Current RN license in the State of California
Current American Heart Association BLS Certification (maintain current at all times)
Current American Heart Association ACLS certification (maintain current at all times)
Minimum of 5 years Cath Lab experience
