JOB DESCRIPTION

Medical Center is a 385 bed acute-care hospital classified as a stroke receiving center and level 2 trauma facility. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Cardiac Cath Lab is accountable for the supervision and delivery of invasive and non-invasive cardiovascular imaging services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  

• The Director develops, oversees, and evaluates the overall continuum of care for cardiology cardiovascular services programs.
• The Director is responsible for the management of personnel, participation in budget planning and control, and development of process improvement programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited professional nursing program
• Current RN license in the State of California
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification (maintain current at all times)
• Current American Heart Association ACLS certification (maintain current at all times)
• Minimum of 5 years Cath Lab experience
