Day to Day administrative operations director of Inpatient (36 bed adult), Outpatient (Adult, Child/Adolescent) Psychiatry. Significant successful leadership experience with P&L responsibility for Psychiatric Program in a Community Hospital setting.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Master’s Degree Required

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership or management experience required. Healthcare environment preferred.

Other

• Leadership, planning and organizational skills to manage multiple department and to direct the successful completion of initiatives and achievement of fiscal goals.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication abilities to support and promote a respectful, inclusive culture of service excellence. Proven skills in clinical, operational and human resource management, including staffing, planning, performance management, teamwork and process improvement.
