ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Specialist (Ref#007) - Indiana

JOB DESCRIPTION

Oversee Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system utilized by all divisions within the company.

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Manager:

  • Manage the ERP system for the organization, both current & legacy systems into full company transition including administration, support, and projects.
  • Direct all activities as it relates to the usage of the company ERP system and implementation at future sites.
  • Troubleshoot ERP related issues. Make timely and informed decisions on technical or process issues.
  • Recommend changes to infrastructure consistent with achieving business objectives.
  • Partner with finance, accounting and operations teams with data requests, report builds, etc to drive business results. 
  • Lead upgrade projects to support ERP functionality. 
  • Promote teamwork by fostering partnerships with key departments.
  • Appreciate and demonstrate Company Core Values and Principles, and Corporate Mission.

Other:

  • Observe all safety procedures and use proper safety equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work environment at all times.
  • Operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner at all times.  
  • Promote strong company image and maintain positive working relationships at all times including professional behavior with vendors and co-workers, including management (daily basis).
  • Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Perform work according to established company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as requested.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

Experience:  

  • Five years of experience with ERP systems and manufacturing resource planning (MRP) systems.
  • Three years of project management experience.

  • Demonstrated successful project management experience across a variety of project types (IT, MRP/ERP, business process improvement).
