JOB PURPOSE

This job is to help the Company to develop & improve its Behavioral competency framework. It mainly contributes to development of workshops curriculum design, implementing, writing and creating learning activities, including online activities, assessment tools and different measurement methods.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing complete training kits for Company learning topics according to its behavioral competency framework; Training Manuals, participants’ manuals, activities, online tools, and assessment tools and activities.
• Implementing & writing all the training kits for Company learning topics according to its behavioral competency framework; Training Manuals, participants’ manuals, activities, online tools, and assessment tools and activities
• Evaluating, reviewing and supervising current training materials and activities, future training kits designed by different parties in or outside Company to make sure they meet or exceed international standards, Making changes to current materials in need of such changes
• Transfer knowledge L&D team to help better understanding of their work
• Recommend necessary actions to improve overall experience of L&D in Company

QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA Degree in relevant area of expertise.
• At least 7 years of sound experience of Learning & Development management skills field in large multi-national companies, well-known Managerial Development schools or university staff in the field of curricula writing
• Recognized Certificate in Learning & Development.in managerial & behavioral field
• Expert in pedagogy, andragogy
• Familiar with different modern learning technologies (e.g. Learning Management System)
• Excellent communication skills effective team player , highly decision making skill . remarkable achiever
• Able to work smoothly in a multi-culture working environment.
• Preferring  ATD Certified in relevant Fields
