JOB OBJECTIVE
This job is to assist the company to develop & improve its Leadership Development Curriculum (Learning Journeys and short courses) for the Targeted Talent and Alumni Programs. It mainly contributes to development of workshops curriculum design , Implement and write, creating learning activities, including online activities for example webinars, podcasts, virtual learning, assessment tools and different measurement methods.
