Leadership Team

Before joining the team at Adilstone, Brandon co-founded CY Executive Consultants, a  recruiting and consulting firm, and previously worked for GE Healthcare as a top sales producer by doubling sales for the Dallas territory, turning around the Atlanta market, and twice finishing as the #1 sales representative in the country.  Brandon is Green Belt certified and is currently pursuing his ICF Coaching Certificate.

In October 2016, with the goal of reimagining the future of recruiting, Brandon helped launch Adilstone Group, a global talent acquisition firm, with the vision of introducing a redemptive edge in an often exploitative and unethical industry. A week after forming the company, with fresh business cards in hand, he headed to the Middle East with a vision and great aspirations. While the journey of many start-ups is difficult, doing this on a global scale adds an additional challenge and learning curve that helped to build a culture of perseverance. So when the global pandemic brought a major change to Adilstone, the company persevered, leading to their most successful year ever in 2021 and positioning it for an even greater 2022 and beyond.

He obtained a BA in Business Management from Florida State University in 1996 and has over 25 years of experience in business, with an expertise in leadership, sales, recruiting, healthcare, and international business. When Brandon is not passionately working, he loves spending time with his family, watching and playing sports, and traveling the world.

As Executive President of Adilstone Group, Rick co-leads a diverse, global team with a focus on business development and operational excellence. 

He started his career in technology companies after studying Human Resources at the University of Cape Town. He quickly climbed the ladder, becoming Head of Recruitment for the largest ICT company in Africa at the time. He then honed his operational skills as an Operational Head for a Johannesburg software house.

Seeking a new challenge, Chris moved to Bahrain and became Head of HR for the oldest hospital in the Gulf. There, he successfully recruited over 400 medical staff in just two years.

Chris is passionate about continuous learning. He recently completed a Coaching Certification and is pursuing his ICF accreditation. He's also currently enrolled in an MBA program.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys exploring new cultures and traveling with his wife and two growing boys. He's also a big fan of good food and watching soccer.

Danielle graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a BA and MPA, with professional experience in business and administration across several industries throughout the private and public sector. Danielle enjoys supporting and developing teams, especially in globally focused environments.
